At Skiis & Biikes, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our online portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or bring it to one of our retail stores.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or complete your exchange within 5-7 business days.
